Zoning Certificate: Most projects should apply for zoning by-law approval, site plan approval, or minor variance at the Committee of Adjustment.
Building Permit Drawings: Technical drawings and specifications detailing the house's construction requirements and compliance with the Ontario Building Code.
Building Permit Application: Typically the architect will apply for the building permit on your behalf before the contractor can begin construction.
